About Taste
From 6 June- 9 June fine dining was transported to the Amstelpark with Taste of Amsterdam. Taste of Amsterdam; four days of summer eating, drinking and entertainment. 15 of the city's best restaurants were dishing up their finest in an unbeatable alfresco gourmet feast, while a huge range of producers and exhibitors provided a bounty of the best food and beverages, ensuring that guests sampled and shopped for a range of products in the laid back atmosphere of a boutique food market.
Restaurants offered fashion special menus of starter sized dishes for the occasion, including signature dishes created by chefs to specially reflect their philosophy and showcase seasonal and premium ingredients.
Each year Taste of Amsterdam brings together not just restaurants and food and wine suppliers, but a line-up of innovative and interactive programmes on cooking and eating. The Taste Theatre continues to host some of the cities greatest chefs, plus a wide range of other features to make it the ultimate foodie day out.
